The Basics

SKEPICK Sense provides customized media intelligence and analytics services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited.
2. No Refund After Delivery
Once a report or service has been delivered, no refunds will be provided.
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a project is canceled before work has started, a full or partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
4. Partial Work Completed
If work has already commenced, refunds may be provided only for the uncompleted portion of the service.
5. Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the deliverable, we encourage you to contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns through revisions where applicable.
6. Non Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Delays caused by incomplete or delayed client inputs
Changes in client requirements after work has begun
